Assisted Stretching

Someone else does the work.

A certified practitioner guides your assisted stretching session, moving you through stretches you cannot reach on your own, working with your breathing, your range and whatever is actually tight that day.

25 & 50 minutes · one-on-one · appointment only

A practitioner guiding a client through an assisted forward-fold stretch

Who it is for

People whose hips have not felt right since a desk job started. Golfers who want the back nine to feel like the front. Anyone in their fifties, sixties or seventies who wants to get down on the floor with a grandchild and back up again without thinking about it.

And athletes, but they are not who we built it for.

What a session looks like

You stay clothed and you do almost nothing. Your practitioner positions you, applies the stretch, and holds it while you breathe, then adjusts based on what your body gives back. This one-on-one approach to stretch therapy is built around your individual range and mobility. Twenty-five minutes covers what is bothering you. Fifty covers everything, with time to settle.

Why one-on-one

Because a stretch that is right for one body is wrong for the next one, and a room full of people cannot be corrected at the same time. Every session here is you and your practitioner, and nobody else.

A note on your health. Everything on this page is for general information, not medical advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional. Talk to your physician before starting any new fitness, recovery or wellness routine, and tell your practitioner about any injury, condition, medication or pregnancy before your session.

Ready when you are.

Assisted Stretching is booked online, one session at a time. Memberships include it.
