What we collect, and why.

Information you give us

You only give us information when you choose to.

• The notify list. If you join our opening list, we collect your name and email address so we can tell you when we open and what we are offering. Every email we send includes a way to unsubscribe.
• Bookings and purchases. Booking a session or buying a membership happens inside WellnessLiving, our scheduling and payment provider. You give your details to WellnessLiving directly and they process them on our behalf. We never see or store your full card details.
• Getting in touch. If you call or email us, we keep what you send so we can answer you.

Information collected automatically

• Analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people read and how they arrive. It sets cookies in your browser and records things like the pages you visit, roughly where in the world you are, and what kind of device you used. We use it in aggregate; we do not use it to identify you.
• Site measurement. We record the page path, any query string, the page you arrived from, and the time. This runs from our own domain and stops entirely if your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal.
• Server logs. Our host keeps standard request logs, which include IP addresses, as part of running and securing the site.

Cookies

Google Analytics sets cookies to tell repeat visits apart. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google's opt-out add-on, and the site will work exactly as it does now. WellnessLiving sets its own cookies when you use the booking or checkout panels, and its cart loads on every page and keeps what you add to it in your browser.

If you sign in on this site, your browser keeps your first name for up to 45 minutes so the header can greet you. Signing out removes it.

Who else handles your information

We keep the list of companies involved as short as we can. Each one has its own privacy policy:

• WellnessLiving — scheduling, memberships, payments
• Google — analytics
• Zoho — the notify-list form
• Vercel — hosting

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

How we use it

• To book you in, take payment, and run your membership.
• To answer you when you get in touch.
• To tell you about opening dates and offers, if you asked us to.
• To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.

How long we keep it

We keep what you give us for as long as we need it for the reason you gave it, and for as long as our records and tax obligations require. Booking and purchase records are held in WellnessLiving under their retention terms. If you want your information removed sooner, ask us and we will do what we can.

Your choices

• Email. Unsubscribe from any email we send.
• Analytics. Block cookies, use the opt-out add-on above, or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser.
• Your records. Email info@thehealinghausmn.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it.

Children

Our services are for adults and, with a parent or guardian, for people aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will remove it.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. We open on October 16, 2026, and we will review this policy then.
