Wellness Therapy FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Know what to expect before your first visit. Our wellness therapy FAQ covers memberships and booking, along with questions about assisted stretching, infrared sauna, cold plunge and compression therapy. If yours isn't here, call the studio: a real person picks up.

A practitioner moves you through a sequence of stretches you cannot easily reach on your own, working with your breathing and your range rather than against it. Every session is one-on-one and built around your body that day — it is not a class, and you are never left with a machine.

Assisted stretching comes in 25 and 50 minutes. Twenty-five minutes is focused work on what is bothering you; fifty covers the whole body with time to settle into it. Sauna and compression sessions run 20 minutes, and contrast therapy — sauna plus cold plunge — is 30.

You can book a single session, with no membership and nothing that renews. If you are coming for the first time, the introductory session pairs an assisted stretch with a recovery session so you can feel the whole sequence in one visit.

Most people who come regularly end up on a membership because it works out cheaper per session — but there is no requirement to start there.

Move, Restore, Optimize and Full Haus each include one-on-one assisted stretching plus recovery sessions you can spend across the sauna, the cold plunge and compression therapy; they differ in how much of each you get every month. Recovery is the recovery sessions on their own, with no stretching.

  • Move ($149/month): 2 × 25-Min Stretches, 2 Recovery Sessions.

  • Optimize ($329/month): 4 × 50-Min Stretches, 6 Recovery Sessions, Quarterly Guest Pass, Priority Booking.
  • Recovery ($99/month): 4 Recovery Sessions.
  • Full Haus ($759/month): 8 × 50-Min Personalized Assisted Stretches, 8 Recovery Sessions, 1 Guest Pass per Quarter, Priority Booking: reserve up to 3 months ahead.

Full-spectrum infrared — near, mid and far — combined with medical-grade red light at 660nm and 850nm, so it treats both surface-level concerns like skin and collagen and full-body ones like circulation and muscle recovery. The panels are shielded and grounded to keep EMF output low, and there are Bluetooth speakers if you want your own playlist.

Sauna and cold plunge in one 30-minute session, moving between the two. The heat opens everything up, the cold snaps it closed again, and the cycle is what does the work. It is the sharpest reset in the building and the one people describe as feeling like a different day afterwards.

You settle into a set of Normatec boots that use dynamic air compression across five overlapping zones, mimicking the natural pumping action of your legs. Twenty minutes, and your legs feel like they have had a long massage.

Yes. The sauna can be booked for two, and Restore, Optimize and Full Haus each include a guest pass every quarter. Full Haus can also be shared with your spouse. Assisted stretching is one-on-one, so that stays just you and your practitioner.

The studio is appointment-only, so everything is booked ahead. That is deliberate: it means the room is yours for your whole session and nobody is waiting on equipment.

We are at 6303 Osgood Ave N, Stillwater, MN 55082, and the doors open October 16, 2026.
